Hey I'm Sam!

In 2024, I moved from the UK to Auckland, New Zealand, and I’m loving the chance to explore everything this beautiful country has to offer. The outdoors here is incredible, and it's been a huge source of inspiration for both my personal life and my work.

 

I’m a gut health dietitian with a real passion for helping athletes, from casual gym-goers to serious competitors, who struggle with gut issues. Whether it’s "runner’s gut," bloating, or anything else that messes with training or race day, I know how frustrating it can be. I’ve worked with loads of athletes who want to perform their best but feel held back by their gut.
