Founder, Dietitian, Performance/ Sports Nutritionist

Sam is the passionate founder of The Rx Nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian (HCPC) and sports nutritionist based in Chester, United Kingdom, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Since qualifying as a dietitian in 2019, Sam has focused on helping clients with complex gastrointestinal disorders, specialising in IBS and the low FODMAP diet. She is dedicated to providing personalised nutrition solutions and empowering individuals to achieve their health and performance goals. With her expertise in sports nutrition, Sam is also capable of supporting athletes looking to optimise their performance through tailored dietary strategies.
