At The Rx Nutrition, we provide personalised nutrition advice to help my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. We offer one-on-one consultations, group sessions, and online programs to make sure clients get the support and guidance they need. Our aim is to create a tailored nutrition plan that helps clients lead a healthier and happier lifestyle.
At The Rx Nutrition, we are a team of Registered Dietitians with experience in both clinical and sporting environments, based in Chester, United Kingdom. We provide evidence-based advice and can translate this into practical solutions to support our clients to get closer to their goals.
We offer performance and gut-health based nutrition services, with a range of nutritional aspects to help achieve our clients’ goals, whether it be health or sport related. Our expertise covers sports/performance nutrition, weight management, IBS, gastrointestinal conditions, and heart health.
Our founder, Sam Ward, is a Registered Dietitian and sports nutritionist with qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics, Sports and Exercise Nutrition, and Sports and Exercise Science. She has extensive experience in IBS (including the low FODMAP diet), as well as other complex gastrointestinal disorders.
We believe that everyone is unique and nutrition requirements will also be unique to the individual. We strive to help athletes from recreational to elite, understand how to fuel themselves to get the most out of their training and to maximise performance.
