Meet Your Expert Gut Health Dietitian & Sports Nutritionist

Hi, I’m Sam, your Sports Nutritionist and Gut Health Dietitian with a passion for helping people fuel their bodies with confidence—whether that’s for better gut health, sports performance, or simply feeling their best every day.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of medical conditions. My time in the hospital setting has been incredibly rewarding, giving me invaluable clinical expertise and insight into managing complex health conditions.

Through my online practice, I make expert nutrition support more accessible—so no matter where you are, you can get the guidance you need to eat well, improve your health and train strong.

As an everyday athlete who has competed in range of sports from CrossFit to Triathlon, I know firsthand the critical importance of fuelling the body properly - not just for sports performance but for everyday life.

Having worked with many athletes, who struggle with under- fuelling and the challenging issues of runner's gut, I understand how these factors can significantly impact performance AND quality of life.

This drives my passion in supporting athletes to fuel adequately and support optimal gut health, enabling them to perform at their best and live life to the fullest.
